More than 150 people commemorate the Utrecht tram attack

Rinke Terpstra was one of the victims three years ago. His mother is present at the memorial today. “It still hurts a lot. Especially the first year it was crazy that he never comes back,” she tells reporter Anne-Marie Verhagen. She finds strength in all the lovely people around her, she says. “On a day like today I feel a lot of love, when people come together to commemorate.”
