The Finnish promise of Jenkkifutis, Olaus Alisen’s Alabama, won against Georgia.
The Finnish great promise of American football Olaus Alisen opinahjo Alabama has started the new season in the NCAA college series perfectly. On Saturday, it took a 41–34 victory over the University of Georgia in its toughest match of the season so far.
Before the match, Georgia was ranked second in the NCAA team rankings, while Alabama was ranked fourth.
As usual, the match at the Alabama Stadium in Tuscaloosa was followed by a full house, i.e. 100,077 spectators. In their previous games of the season, Alabama defeated Western Kentucky 63–0, South Florida 42–16 and Wisconsin 42–10. A win over Georgia moves Alabama into the top three in the NCAA rankings.
Offensive lineman Alinen has not been in the team’s starting lineup, but has played in every Alabama game this season. Alinen, who is almost two meters tall and weighs about 150 kilograms, is playing his second season in Alabama.
