Fans are excited for the Better Call Saul finale. The spin-off about shyster Jimmy McGill (Bob Odenkirk) and his colleague Kim Wexler (Rhea Seehorn) enjoys just as much popularity as the parent series Breaking Bad. Further spin-offs would not surprise anyone. And there will be. Under one condition.
Post Better Call Saul: More Breaking Bad spinoffs depend on one thing
That’s what AMC boss Dan McDermott told Variety. In his estimation, everything depends on the series creators Vince Gilligan and Peter Gould.
If there was anything I could do to encourage Vince and Peter to continue with this universe, I would. The door is always open. And I long for the day when Vince, Peter or our friends at Sony will call and say, “Hey, we have another series!”
Further spin-offs are only opposed by the creative will. Gilligan and Gould apparently want to move away from the franchise first (via Deadline). There are many possible extensions. So Kim Wexler could get her own series.
When is the Better Call Saul finale coming to Netflix?
