The classic candy is gone from Coop
Classic candy giant
Cloetta is today one of Sweden’s largest candy manufacturers, owning brands such as Kexchoklad, Plopp and Ahlgren’s cars.
The company was already established in 1862 and since then has both created and bought many of the brands that Swedes recognize in grocery stores.
Seven kinds of candy disappear
Coop’s change applies to seven types of candy from Cloetta that are usually sold at 95 grams per bag.
In addition to jungle roars, it includes classics such as Fizzypop, Watermelon, Zoo, Cola bottles, Fruxo, and PimPim.
