The number of cases related to flight delays is increasing in Swedish courts and is now approaching the same levels as before the pandemic, reports Sweden’s Radio Ekot.
So far this year, Attunda district court has received close to 1,400 aerial targets – twice as many as in 2022.
Attorney Anders Dereborg tells the radio that the large amount of cases of this type risks displacing other types of cases, for example criminal cases.
