Viktoriahem does not experience any problems with having its centrally located tenancies in Eskilstuna rented out. However, there are some difficulties the further out of the city center you get.
– In comparison, Strängnäs has zero disadvantages with us, but in Eskilstuna there are tenancies that are empty for a while, mainly in the troubled areas, says Sara Grandin, area manager at Viktoriahem.
