Amersfoort, Baarn, Houten, Nieuwegein, Oudewater, Soest, Utrecht and Vijfheerenlanden have included something in their coalition agreement about banning pawnbrokers. Van Montfoort, Renswoude, Utrechtse Heuvelrug, Veenendaal and Woerden is not yet known whether they want to introduce such a measure.
