305,076 people have been admitted, which is 10,583 more than last year and an increase of 3.6 percent, according to a press release from the University and College Council (UHR).
“Apart from the record numbers during the corona pandemic in 2020–2021, we have never before noted so many admissions,” says Kerstin Beckenius, acting head of department at UHR, in a comment.
Those who have been accepted have until July 21 to accept their place.
On July 27, the second selection will take place, then those who are currently standing as a reserve for an education will find out if they have been accepted.
