The single electric motor package takes the vehicle from 0 to 100 in 8.5 seconds with 170 PS power and 350 Nm torque.
The Ioniq 5’s E-GMP platform supports both 400 V and 800 V charging infrastructures. The platform offers 400 V charging as well as 800 V charging as standard, without the need for additional components or adapters. It is necessary to underline the 800 V support, which is also present in the Porsche Taycan. In the announced data, we see that the vehicle can charge from 10 percent to 80 percent in just 18 minutes with a 350 kW charger. To achieve a range of 100 km, they only need to charge the vehicle for five minutes. A more realistic source today of 50 kW is getting the battery from 10 percent to 80 percent in 46 minutes.
