The accident happened on Västra Nobelgatan. Police and an ambulance were alerted to the scene at 12.33.
– It was a man in his 30s who called in himself. He is said to have traveled on an electric scooter and been hit by a moped rider. He had upper body pain and was taken to hospital by ambulance. When the police arrived at the scene, the moped rider was not there and therefore we will write this as a contagion from a traffic accident, says Christina Hallin, press spokesperson at the police region Bergslagen.
