The plans were presented to the tenants in Tuindorp at the beginning of this year and, according to the residents’ committee, have been received positively. “People are relieved that their homes are being preserved and improved instead of being demolished. This has achieved one of the most important goals of the residents’ committee: that all tenants can stay in their homes. And that Tuindorp as a whole, for the long term, is preserved.”
