“I find it difficult,” says Wilma Lensen from ‘t old Pierement in District C. She also sees that there are fewer brown bars. But she doesn’t know yet whether this is the solution to the declining number of bars. “I also want the brown pub to be preserved, but such a status is not going to help, I think. To keep the pub, there must be people who want to work in a brown pub.” That’s where the problem comes in, according to the entrepreneur: “Just look at looking for staff, that’s already difficult.”
