(Finance) – The MPS Foundation announced that, following the capital increase of Monte dei Paschi di Siena Bankit subscribed – in addition to the shares deriving from the option rights due to it for 36,278 – an additional 5,000,000 shares.
There participation fee of the MPS Foundation in the recipient it therefore passes from 0.003% to 0.40% about the share capital, we read in a note.
