With hands and feet, Van Vianen tries to make himself understood to the kitchen staff in Georgia. The Dutch Juniors play the European Championship there and the traveling chef wants to be able to serve lettuce. Only arugula, lamb’s lettuce and iceberg lettuce, as it is in the supermarket in the Netherlands, is not there. Fortunately, Van Vianen is well prepared and knows how to prepare the necessary vegetables for the national selection with a local spinach dish that resembles pizza Calzone.
