To attend the campaign night, where the cheapest ticket was sold for $250, wealthy donors paid $100,000 to be in the same photo frame with Biden, Clinton and Obama, $250,000 to attend a private reception with Biden, and $500,000 to have the right to meet.
For the presidential election to be held in November, Biden has collected $155 million in cash aid as of February, while Republican Party candidate Donald Trump has just reached $37 million.
BIDEN CAME TO NEW YORK WITH OBAMA
Air Force One, the private plane of US President Biden, who organized a large donation campaign in New York during the period when the voting for the primary election was held in New York within the framework of the 2024 US presidential race, landed at John F. Kennedy International Airport and Biden walked down the stairs. He was seen landing with former Democratic President Barack Obama.
