(Finance) – Theshareholders’ meetingi gods World TV Francehas approved the results as at 31 December 2022. Revenues from sales and services amounted to 1.3 million euros (-69% compared to 2021), EBITDA equal to 0.6 million euros (vs 3.9 million) and negative net profit for 0.2 million euro (positive for 0.6 million in 2021).
The shareholders then approved the carry forward the result financial year 2022 and confirmed Reidun Montaville – already co-opted by the board of directors – as director of the company.
A growing 2023 is expected with a substantial increase in revenues, EBITDA at 2.5 million and a return to profit. In particular: revenues of 3.3 million (+154% compared to 2022), EBITDA of 2.5 million (0.6 million in 2022) and EBIT of 0.3 million (negative by 0.2 million in 2022).
