(Finance) – TV worlda company listed on Euronext STAR Milan and active in the production and distribution of television series and animated films for TV and cinema, has announced that its subsidiaries World TV France And World TV Suisse they have signed with Idea Lab (Milan publishing company) a contract for the development and marketing of the “sticker albums” derived from the Grisù seriescurrently in production by the Mondo TV group and based on the property “Il draghetto Grisù”.
The agreement is considered important “for the relaunch of the so-called brand awareness of Grisù, Grisù’s licensing and merchandising program in Italy, which will result in royalties for Mondo TV France as co-producer of the series and a commission for Mondo TV Suisse as distributor “.
The contract provides for the payment of a guaranteed minimum sum and royalties in case of exceeding the guaranteed minimum: on all such sums Mondo TV France will receive its share of revenues (after deduction of the commission of Mondo TV Suisse as distributor).
