(Finance) – The Group Mondadori received fromCompetition and Market Authority notification of the authorization for the acquisition – communicated on 11 November 2021 – of a 50% stake in ALI – Agenzia Libraria International, a company active in the distribution of books.
I give this from Mondadori with a press release adding that following the authorization of the Antitrust Authority, “the transaction will be fully executed on the date of closing, expected by April“.
