(Telestock) – Ruffini Holdings informs that Grinta, the Rivetti family vehiclehas communicated its withdrawal from the consultation agreement signed on 24 February 2024, on the Group Monclereffective September 10.
Coinciding with the termination of the Consultation Agreement, a note states, the parties will provide communications and legal compliance.
