Mona Brorsson received an important advice for her TV debut

Mona Brorsson is one of the participants in this year’s season of Superstars.
The former biathlete is now sharing an important advice she received from her opponents during the recording.

– I have received a lot of tips along the way, she tells the Sports Bible.

When the Sports Bible talks to Mona over the phone, she says that Helena gave her some small tips and advice for the SVT debut. But at the same time, the Warmland also heard several valuable words of wisdom from her opponents in Superstars. – I have had the privilege of meeting several who have worked as an expert commentators who come from sports and went to comment from several sports. So I have accumulated quite a few tips and advice actually, which I can really be grateful for. The advice Mona received before the winter studio

Both Joel Lundqvist and Mikael Lustig have commented on hockey and ice hockey for TV4, while Lisa Dahlqvist worked for both SVT and Viaplay.

Do you have any concrete example of what you have learned from them?
– The concrete I have received was just that you should be yourself. Which was very nice because I have never been able to be anyone other than myself. That you would not try to be someone else or be something that you think the media wants one, because it does not work in the long run.

– You have to be confident that you come in with your experiences. I have really taken that and that is what I also try to use and convey to the viewers … that when I can, I tell you what it was like for me or how I know it was for the team. To give that little extra, that you should feel that you are coming close, she continues.
