Tenant Els van der Burg (83) tells RTV Utrecht that the moisture problems are not new. In two rooms she has large stains on the ceiling and walls. The water has penetrated through it. There is also mold on it now. As a result, one of the rooms has even become unusable. It smells musty, like an old cellar. Van der Burg has now set up another room as storage for the things she was forced to move due to the leak.
