While the series sovereign Modo won the neighborly feud and the summit over Björklöven, 5–2, and took the ninth straight victory, Djurgården lost for the second time in a day.

Djurgården fell in Västerås by 1-2 and the third in the series, which also fell against Almtuna last Friday night, has lost four of its last five games.

Djurgården has invested heavily after the relegation from the SHL last spring to get back quickly. Right now, however, the SHL is far away for the Stockholm team.

Modo turned 1–2 at home against Björklöven in a late evening match (kick-off 20.45) and scored four straight goals until a 5–2 victory. Daniel Mannberg scored the last two goals in an empty cage after Björklöven took out the goalkeeper.

The Örnsköldsvik team leads the Allsvenskan table after 21 games played with a superior twelve point margin to second place Björklöven and 13 points ahead of third place Djurgården.
