The ambassadors of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Russia and Belarus have not been invited to avoid trouble, the organization said. The embassies can have a wreath laid by cemetery staff. Representatives of the municipalities of Leusden and Amersfoort lay a wreath together with the Soviet Field of Honor Foundation. No further Dutch authorities will be present. The cemetery will be open as usual on May 9. Private persons can therefore lay flowers or visit the cemetery.
