Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone Reloaded update announced

The ongoing fifth season of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is packed with content such as new gameplay experiences, cosmetics, weapons, and the recently released famous operator outfit. The upcoming Reloaded update could possibly be the last major update for Modern Warfare 2, making the transition to the upcoming Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3.

Over the years, Call of Duty games have undergone major updates and brought many changes to the flow of post-launch content. Leaving the days of expansions and map packs behind, Call of Duty has switched to a seasonal model. Each title gets multiple seasons lasting three to four months. Each game begins with new gear, cosmetics, multiplayer and battlefield updates, an overall story and balance update that connects the seasons.
