(Finance) – Aircraft mix Boeing And Airbus for Air India, which expands its fleet by drawing on the two manufacturers. By 2023, 30 new leased aircraft will arrive for a total of 143 in the fleet. Air India will acquire 21 Airbus A320neo, four Airbus A321neo and five Boeing B777-200LR.
The first to enter the fleet will be Airbus aircraft in the first quarter of 2023, which the airline plans to deploy on domestic and international routes at short range. The B777-200LRs are expected between December 2022 and March 2023, and are expected to fly between India and the United States.
