A Mexican federal judge remanded Monday (June 26th) eight soldiers suspected of being involved in the disappearance of 43 students in 2014, the government announced. The soldiers were charged and remanded in custody “for the crime of enforced disappearance”, said the under-secretary for human rights, Alejandro Encinas.
