At least five people have been injured after several missiles struck the city of Lviv in Ukraine on Saturday night.

The missiles hit, among other things, the fuel depot and the Defense Forces, says the governor of the Lviv region Maksim Kozytskyi. In addition, the school building is said to have been hit by the attack.

According to the governor, the missiles that struck Lviv had been fired from Sevastopol on the Crimean peninsula. The Crimean region is under Russian control.

Lviv is located in the western part of Ukraine, near the Polish border. On Friday, Russia said it would next focus on Donbass in an area just across the country.
