Russia launched missile attacks on the Ukrainian port city of Odessa in the morning. In the attack, 18 people, including 2 children, lost their lives and 31 were injured.
The statement made by the Regional Governor Maksym Marchenko is as follows;
“As a result of the night missile attack of Tu-22 strategic aircraft from the Black Sea in Belgorod-Dniester district of Odessa region, three X-22 missiles struck an apartment and a recreation center. As of 9 in the morning, 18 dead, including 2 children, were detected, 31 people, including 4 children and one pregnant, were hospitalized. 8 people, including 3 children, were rescued from the rubble. Rescue efforts continue.”
