It was Salomé Maud, a 23-year-old young woman from Limoges, who is imposed against the other candidates to replace Julie Beve, previous candidate for the Miss France competition but who unfortunately did not rank in the Top 15 last year. Crowned Miss Limousin 2022, Salomé Maud is not at her first attempt in a beauty contest since she had been first runner-up to Miss Haute-Vienne in 2017 before trying her luck at Miss Limousin in 2021, a contest during which she had placed first runner-up before winning the crown this year.

A year later, the young woman finally becomes the worthy representative of her region. What distinguishes Salomé Maud from her competitors are her charitable commitments. To act on the ground, she then entered the Order of Malta and has since carried out marauding missions every weekend, during which she distributes foodstuffs. Three evenings a week, she also takes care of young children from underprivileged backgrounds in their educational and social support.

On the professional side, Salomé Maud is already in business: this negotiation specialist works as a buyer after having obtained a master’s degree in purchasing management after two years of study in international trade in Bordeaux. Persevering and combative, Miss Limousin shares these qualities with her 17-year-old little sister, who plays in the France judo center in Orléans. With these beautiful values, will she be the first Miss Limousin crowned Miss France?
