Miss Limousin. Limousin is represented by Salomé Maud in the Miss France 2023 contest, which is held on Saturday December 17. After two attempts, the beauty queen with solid charitable commitments finally achieves her dream.
[Mis à jour le 12 décembre 2022 à 12h20] It was on Saturday October 1, 2022 that the public and the jury gathered in Brive-la-Gaillarde delivered their verdict on the future representative of Limousin in the Miss France 2023 competition. Originally from Limoges and aged 23, Salomé Maud s is imposed, succeeding Julie Beve, who unfortunately did not rank in the Top 15 last year. By presenting herself on December 17, Salomé Maud achieves a dream after having presented herself to the competition three times (it was her last chance to be elected). She had obtained the scarf of first runner-up of Miss Haute-Vienne in 2017 before letting a few years pass and becoming first runner-up of Miss Limousin in 2021.
A year later, the young woman finally becomes the worthy representative of her region. What distinguishes Salomé Maud from her competitors are her charitable commitments. From high school, the Miss was a young ambassador for Unicef for a year. To act on the ground, she then entered the Order of Malta and has since carried out marauding missions every weekend, during which she distributes foodstuffs. Three evenings a week, she also takes care of young children from underprivileged backgrounds in their educational and social support.
On the professional side, Salomé Maud is already in business: this negotiation specialist works as a buyer after having obtained a master’s degree in purchasing management after two years of study in international trade in Bordeaux. Persevering and combative, Miss Limousin shares these qualities with her 17-year-old little sister, who plays in the France judo center in Orléans. With these beautiful values, will she be the first Miss Limousin crowned Miss France?
