(Finance) – From 10 of November 2 reservations are opened for the new incentives for the purchase of non-polluting cars up to 60 g / km CO2, as established by the Prime Ministerial Decree adopted by the Government on the proposal of the Minister of Economic Development Giancarlo Giorgetti. Mise communicates it in a note.
“With the launch of this measure, the industrial plan started at the beginning of my mandate to accompany the supply chain and citizens towards the green transition, focusing on a pragmatic approach that takes into account not only the economic and environmental effects but also the social ones ”, he declares Giorgetti. “By setting up for the first time an ad hoc fund of 8.7 billion euros at the Mise, funding and instruments dedicated to both the supply and demand sides have been made structural, with the aim of giving a strong acceleration in the diffusion of less polluting cars and solid support for Italian industrial production “.
The innovations introduced concern first and foremost citizens with an income of less than 30 thousand euroswhich for the purchase of M1 category electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles, will be able to benefit for the year 2022 of a 50% increase in the contributions foreseen so far on the basis of the resources already allocated.
In particular, the incentives will be reshaped as follows: up to a maximum of 7,500 euros of contributions with scrapping (4,500 euros without scrapping) for the purchase of new vehicles with emissions in the 0-20 g / km CO2 range and with a car manufacturer’s list price equal to or less than 35,000 euros VAT excluded; up to a maximum of 6,000 euros of contributions with scrapping (3,000 euros without scrapping) for the purchase of new vehicles with emissions in the 21-60 g / km CO2 range and with a car manufacturer’s list price equal to or less than 45,000 euros VAT excluded.
Furthermorethe new eco-bonuses will also apply to legal entities who carry out car rental activities for commercial purposes, other than car sharing, as long as they maintain ownership of the vehicles for at least 12 months and according to the following distribution of contributions: up to a maximum of 2,500 euros contributions with scrapping (1,500 euros without scrapping) for the purchase of new vehicles with emissions in the 0-20 g / km CO2 range and with the car manufacturer’s list price equal to or less than 35,000 euros excluding VAT; up to a maximum of 2,000 euros contributions with scrapping (1,000 euros without scrapping) for the purchase of new vehicles with emissions in the 21-60 g / km CO2 range and with a car manufacturer’s list price equal to or less than 45,000 euros excluding VAT.
