According to Blog Watch, the post was published by a person in a Facebook group dealing with tattoos and piercings. The tattooist in question has an account with 24,600 followers.

The plan was that the tattoo artist would have displayed Mirka’s tattoo at a fair. But after the last session, the tattoo artist has neither heard from Mirka nor received payment for his work.
According to the tattooist, the person and Mirka had agreed that she would model at a tattoo fair. When the tattoo was basically finished, Mirka allegedly disappeared and wants to warn others to cooperate with her.
