However, real estate brokers and car dealerships will be able to advertise the vehicle or real estate they are authorized to sell by verifying the authorization documents they have.
With the new regulation, real or legal persons who provide electronic media for advertisements for the sale of real estate belonging to others and second-hand motor vehicles are required to verify their identity before membership or publication of the advertisement, as well as being authorized to advertise the second-hand motor vehicle or real estate subject to the advertisement before the publication of the advertisement.
