The decree was published with the signature of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
According to the decree, within the scope of increasing the capacity of education, research, development, biotechnology and informatics in the field of health, to carry out the necessary activities for the creation of an integrated health system that includes R&D, clinical research and production preparation stages in the field of pharmaceutical and medical technologies, and to carry out the necessary activities for the creation of an integrated health system, including prototype production areas, large A company will be established by the Turkish Health Institutes Presidency (TÜSEB) to provide services to sector representatives, especially entrepreneurs, researchers and academicians, in the data research center and centers of excellence, and to operate and manage the area named Turkey Health Valley for this purpose.
