Other points that need a revision of the Employment relationship: the fight against the precariousness and stabilization of the workforce with equal legal and economic treatment between temporary and permanent staff; the definition of clear contractual rules such as the right to disconnect and to protect health in remote work; the setting of a minimum wage in the public service linked to inflation together with a minimum wage in compliance with the EU directive.
Finally, with regard to pensions, the young union asks for a specific window for the personal school; free redemption of university training years; the recognition of fragility also for teaching in lower and upper secondary schools.
