Minetit won the European team gymnastics championship

Minetit representing Tampere’s Sisu beat the Bulgarian national team in the final and celebrated the European team gymnastics championship.

Minetit, representing Tampere’s Sisua, has become the European team gymnastics champion in the games held in Vantaa. Minetit secured its championship today in the final race, when it passed the Bulgarian national team.

After yesterday’s preliminary competition, Bulgaria was in first place with a difference of 0.3 points to the people of Tampere, but Minetit rose to the top by a tenth of a point better than the Bulgarians. Minetit collected a total of 55.7 points from the initial and final competition, while the Bulgarian national team was left with 55.6 points.

Gloria, the team of Elise Gymnastics and Pakila Gymnasts from Helsinki, won the first EC medal in their club history, bronze. Gloria ended up with a total score of 53.7.

The European Team Gymnastics Championships are held every two years. In the previous European Championships, Minet got silver.

The Vantaa Games were also the third stage of the World Cup season. Minetit was also the best in the cup competitions organized in Bulgaria and France.

The international season continues in October in Turkey, and the sport’s World Championships are in Kazakhstan in November. The Bulgarian national team defends its World Cup victory.
