Mineral agreement with Ukraine “very soon”

The United States will “very soon” sign the mineral agreement with Ukraine. That’s what President Donald Trump says.

The message comes after Trump signed a presidential order to “dramatically increase” American production of important minerals.

“We will also sign agreements with different places to access rare soils and minerals and a lot of other things all over the world, but especially in Ukraine,” he said, continuing:

– One of the things we will do is very soon sign an agreement regarding rare soils with Ukraine.

Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyj would have, according to information, signed an agreement on February 28, but their chaotic meeting in the White House then put a stop to the plans.

Since then, both have given signals that they are willing to sign an agreement on Ukrainian natural resources in exchange for US protection.
