When real people and a realistic CG interpretation of Minecraft come together, the result is a sight that’s both strange and terrifying.
Minecraft Movie Trailer Shows Jack Black Making His Debut as Steve
There are many things that stand out in the trailer, but Jack Black proudly shouting “I am Steve!” is one of the most memorable moments. The movie is full of entertainment and plenty of funny one-liners. Also, Minecraft basics like massive battles, mining, and of course crafting play a big role in the movie.
In addition to Jack Black, the cast includes famous names such as Jason Momoa, Emma Myers, Danielle Brooks, Sebastian Eugene Hansen and Jennifer Coolidge. The director of the film is Napoleon Dynamite Jared Hess, known for his movie, is sitting. The Minecraft Movie will be in theaters on April 2, 2025, and Netflix is also working on a Minecraft animated series.
