(Finance) – Today the Council of Ministers has appointed Valentine Valentini Deputy Minister at the Ministry of Enterprise and Made in Italy. Following this appointment, the Minister Adolfo Urso delegated Valentini to the promotion and enhancement of Made in Italy in the world, to the activities of attracting foreign investments, to the activities of the Italian Chambers of Commerce abroad and to the activities related to European Union projects (such as IPCEI and Horizon Europe) and measures to combat counterfeiting. This is what we read in the note released by Mimit.
To the undersecretary Fausta Bergamot instead the Minister has delegated the activities of general direction and supervision of the exercise of the substitutive power in case of inaction or delays (art. 30 of the decree law 17/05/2022, n. 50 the so-called “Civic defender of companies”) , incentives for companies (of a “non-fiscal” nature) of the reconversion and industrial crises, as well as those relating to philately.
TO Massimo Bitonci the delegations go on incentives of a fiscal nature in particular for crafts, commerce and industry, SME Guarantee Fund, professions, insurance services, relationships with IVASS and supervision of Consap funds, litigation, and on the activities relating to the supervision of the cooperative system and the chamber system, as well as the initiatives and general activities on the subject of technical regulations, consumer policies, the market, competition and services.
The Council of Ministers has also given the go-ahead for the appointment of Matteo Zoppas, in place of Carlo Ferro, on the board of directors of the ICE Agency.
