(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Between tensions until the last between majority and opposition on the extension of the beach concessions and of the delegation on the mapping, with 88 votes in favour, 63 against and 3 abstentions, the Senate Chamber approved the Milleproroghe law decree in first reading. The provision is now being examined by the Chamber which will have to convert it by February 27, under penalty of forfeiture. The government has already announced the use of the vote of confidence.

In the meantime, the senator of the League, Massimo Garavaglia speaking in the Chamber on the question of the amendment on bathing establishments, explained that on the regulation on bathing establishments “there is no coverage problem”.
A few minutes ago one arrived note from the MEF. With reference to the approved amendments to the decree extending the terms of concessions, including beach concessions, the State General Accounting Office has not formulated any findings regarding the financial coverage of the same. Thus a note from the Ministry of Economy and Finance specifies that no perplexity has been expressed by the Rgs on the amendments to the decree on bathing establishments, in the commission and in the Senate Chamber.
Possibility for the Municipalities to cancel the local taxes of the mini bills up to 1,000 euros, not only the portion referring to interest and penalties, extension to the whole of 2024 of the current seaside concessions and to the end of July 2023 for the exercise of the delegation for the mapping of the beaches given in concession, extension to 30 June 2023 of smart working for fragile workers, free dehors for bars and restaurants until 31 December 2023, postponement to 1 July 2024 for the entry into force of the fan consultation, plus time, until 30 June 2023 to request subsidized loans for the purchase of the first home by young couples with Isee up to 40,000 euros, a large health package which includes, among other things, the extension to 31 December 2024 for the use of the electronic prescription. These are some of the new features.
However, regulations on which the government also relied, such as the one on the tightening, did not enter in the use of fictitious capital gains by sports clubs and that on the possibility of assigning senior management positions in administrations and public bodies to retirees.
