Miley Cyrus is being sued for copyright infringement because her song “Flowers” is considered to have too many musical similarities with Bruno Mars’ “When I was your man” from 2012.
According to documents obtained by the entertainment website TMZ, the investment platform Tempo Music Investments, which owns parts of the copyright to Mars’ song, claims that the chorus, harmony, melody, chord sequence and lyrics were intentionally copied.
However, Bruno Mars is not named as a plaintiff in the application.

A person was found dead outside in Kalix on Tuesday evening. The police were alerted at 22:47 and have started a preliminary investigation into murder.
According to the police, the investigation is in an “intense initial stage”.
– It is noticeable that we are there, says Johan Lindgren, commander at the police’s regional command centre.
The police and emergency services were called shortly after 02:00 to a multi-million dollar villa in Bromma.
Upon arrival, a car was found on fire next to the house.
– There is some damage to the carport, but no spread to the villa, says a management operator at the rescue service.
The police have a large operation on site and have blocked off the residential street. Among other things, dog patrols participate in the work.
– We are there with a well-measured resource. There are certain indications that the fire may be arson, says officer on duty Niklas Berglund.
A preliminary investigation into arson has been launched.
North Korea has fired a ballistic missile from its east coast, the militaries of South Korea and Japan say.
The robot appears to have crashed into the sea outside Japan’s economic zone, Japanese NHK reports.
It is the second North Korean test firing in a week. The tests come after the country’s dictator Kim Jong-Un has recently declared that North Korea is building up its ability to strike enemies with nuclear weapons.

According to sources, Ronald Rowe, head of the Secret Service, has decided on that New York Times.
Just 24 hours after Ryan Wesley Routh was suspected of the planned assassination attempt on Trump, a meeting with the head of the agency was held at Mar-a-Lago.
– Mr. Rowe told how difficult it is to secure sprawling golf courses, but that Trump’s golf courses are easier than others to secure, a source told the paper.

One of the world’s most active volcanic groups, Kilauea on the island group of Hawaii, has had a new eruption.
A first sign of volcanic activity was recorded this weekend, followed by new eruptions that intensified on Tuesday.
The volcano is located in a national park, and no settlement was considered to be directly threatened by the volcanic activity.
The eruptions are being measured by the US Geological Survey, which was able to record and take pictures of the shield volcano at 1,250 meters above sea level during a helicopter flyover on Tuesday.
The neighboring volcano Mauna Loa is also located in the national park. The current eruption site is a mile from the nearest road, making tourist visits to the crater rare.
A car has crashed into a concrete foundation on Arenavägen by Globen in southern Stockholm.
– There is information that there has been a high speed, says Mats Eriksson at the police’s regional command centre.
According to the police, the emergency services got a female passenger out of the car.
– She will be taken to hospital. The extent of the damage is unclear, says Mats Eriksson.
According to the police, the driver is suspected of negligence in traffic and causing bodily harm.
Two people have been attacked on a tram in Gothenburg.
The incident occurred at 8:45 p.m.
A person has been arrested on suspicion of minor assault and is being taken into custody for intoxication.
There is no information on the injuries of the affected persons.
A motorcycle has run off the road in Svalöv.
The driver, a man in his 40s, has been taken to hospital by ambulance.
The accident happened just before 8 p.m.

Swedbank again had technical problems on Tuesday evening. Storbanken’s customers had difficulty logging into the app and the website for a couple of hours.
– Some customers came in and some didn’t, but now it’s working again, says Åsa Lundquist at Swedbank’s press service at around 10:30 p.m.
Also last Saturday, Swedbank had technical problems. Åsa Lundquist cannot answer what caused the disturbances.
SMHI has issued a yellow weather warning for very strong winds over large parts of the Lapland mountains.
The warning applies from 21:00 on Wednesday to Friday.
People who are not used to hiking over the mountain are advised not to venture into the area.
The weather authority also warns of the risk of frostbite due to cold air and rain.

On Wednesday, Foreign Minister Maria Malmer Stenergard and Justice Minister Gunnar Strömmer will travel to Turkey, the government announced in a press release.
There they will have a “security dialogue” with Turkey, where they will, among other things, discuss security cooperation.
“On the agenda is the joint fight against terrorism and transnational organized crime,” writes the government.
“Even Russia’s war in Ukraine, the situation in Gaza and other foreign policy issues will be discussed”, they also write.
A female German tourist has died in a shark attack off the Canary Islands, AFP reports.
The woman was in her 30s.
She reportedly lost a leg in the attack, but died in an ambulance helicopter on the way to the hospital.
According to local media, the attack happened on Monday, about 50 miles off the coast of the Canary Islands.
The woman is said to have been traveling in a catamaran when the accident occurred.

At least one person has been abused at Vårberg’s sports ground in southern Stockholm.
The injured person is a teenager.
– There are several people who have mistreated this person, someone has also had some affection, says Mats Eriksson, press spokesperson for the Stockholm police.
The people allegedly tried to stab the teenage boy with a sharp object.
When the alarm came in, the perpetrators must have already fled the scene.
The police are on the scene to investigate the incident and an ambulance has been called.
The incident is being investigated as attempted murder and aggravated assault.

A 15-year-old boy in Malmö has been convicted of assaulting a seven-year-old girl who was sleeping, writes Sydsvenskan.
The abuse was discovered when the police investigated a serious assault last summer in which the 15-year-old was a suspect.
An eight-second video clip was found in his phone where the person filming assaulted a sleeping girl. She was identified as a relative of the 15-year-old.
The face of the person who commits the abuse is not visible and the teenager has denied that it is him, but the district court considers him to be beyond proof.
The 15-year-old is convicted of gross sexual abuse of children and sentenced to 110 hours of youth service. He must also pay SEK 30,000 in damages to the vulnerable girl.
