The coveted prize Airport Service Quality Awardattributed on the basis of the opinion expressed by travelers in just under 500,000 interviews collected by ACI in relation to the travel experience in about 300 of the best airports of the world, has also been extended to the categories that qualify Milan-Bergamo as an airport more pleasant and easier to use in Europe (Most Enjoyable Airport in Europe and Easiest Airport Journey in Europe).
