Mikko Rantanen continues to be in great shape in the hockey NHL. Rantanen scored 2+1 in Colorado’s 6–4 win over Seattle.
Playing in the peak season Mikko Rantanen played a big role when Colorado knocked off Seattle 6-4 in the hockey NHL playoffs. Rantanen scored the winning goal and scored 2+1 in the match.
The Seattle Kraken played their first playoff home game in history, but the night ended with a celebration in Colorado.
Rantanen gave Colorado a 4-3 lead at the beginning of the third period and scored another 6-3 goal with two minutes left in the match. Rantanen shot the puck into an empty goal Artturi Lehkonen (0+2) pass.
Also Nathan MacKinnon had a two-goal night. Colorado is in the lead with 2–1 wins, when we go to the next round with four wins.
Vegas decided in the second overtime
The battle between Winnipeg and Vegas was decided in the second overtime. Mike Amadio scored Vegas’ 5–4 winning goal with the game clock showing 83:40.
Vegas led the match after two sets with goals 4-1, but Winnipeg rallied behind three goals in the final set and forced the match to be decided in overtime.
Vegas now leads the match series with wins 2–1.
The Jets experienced a hard setback in the match when the team’s number one pack Josh Morrissey got injured right away in the opening set.
Toronto’s Rielly sank Tampa Bay
Morgan Rielly became Toronto’s hero in a 4–3 overtime win over Tampa Bay. Rielly scored the Maple Leafs’ winning goal in 79:15.
Toronto is leading 2-1.
NY Rangers lost to New Jersey 1–2 in the overtime. Devils Dougie Hamilton sank Rangers in 71:36.
The match wins are 2–1 for Rangers.
