Mikael Alm lives a few hundred meters from where the fire broke out on Hertsön.
– When it was around 10pm last night, it was barely possible to breathe outside, he says.
The fire raged throughout the night and well into Saturday morning, when the fire service was still there for follow-up.
Second residential fire
– People are shocked that this is happening again, says Mikael Alm.
He is referring to the recent fire on Hertsön. At the end of October, a fire started in the kitchen of a terraced house. In March, a car parked near a villa also caught fire.
