Mikael Ivarsson is interested in the electricity market and tries to keep a close eye on his electricity bills. He recently changed electricity supplier and then to “Variable contract with hourly price”, which means that the price differs during all hours of the day. He was told what fees would apply, but it did not agree with what then appeared on the invoice.
– I think the company needs to be more transparent about which fees should actually be included, says Mikael Ivarsson, who says that for him it is no more than a couple of hundred Swedish kroner.
– But it can be good for people to know that there are these fees, he says.
