According to the news of India Today, the Indian Air Force Command took the decision due to the investigation into the accident on 8 May.
In this context, it was decided not to use the MiG-21 fleet, which consists of 50 warplanes, temporarily.
While the Indian Air Force uses warplanes made by both Russia and NATO member countries, it has recently begun to focus on NATO member country planes.
NATO member Romania officially retired its former Soviet-era MiG-21 fleet on 16 May.
