At first glance, Microsoft’s interest in Valve seems logical. Valve has proven itself in the handheld gaming industry with Steam Deck, and Microsoft has yet to achieve similar success in this area. However, Microsoft’s acquisition of Valve for $16 billion does not seem like a realistic offer. Last year, Microsoft acquired Activision Blizzard for $68.7 billion.
