Then back to the stars. At the moment, seven restaurants in our province have a star. These are La Provence in Driebergen, Tante Koosje in Loenen aan de Vecht, ‘t Amsterdammertje in Loenen aan de Vecht, De Burgemeester in Linschoten, De Nederlanden in Vreeland, Voltaire in Leersum and Heemstede Castle in Houten. We’ll know later today whether they keep it or whether they even get another star.
