Form, who was born in IJsselstein, went through the youth academy of FC Utrecht and then came to more than 150 matches in the main squad of the Utrecht FC. He defended the goal in memorable European duels with Liverpool, Napoli, Steaua Bucharest and Celtic. With Swansea City and Tottenham Hotspur, the goalie played in top international competitions after his departure from Utrecht, such as the Premier League, the Champions League and the Europa League. Vorm defended the Orange goal fifteen times and was part of the selection of the Dutch National Team that reached the final during the 2010 World Cup and came third at the 2014 World Championship.
