How to listen to a podcast? follow the leader.
Charlotte Baris: At the beginning of last summer, just after the legislative elections, we were interested in the complicated files waiting on the desk of the future Prime Minister. And the big topic of this podcast was the budget.
Autumn has arrived, and with it the new head of government, Michel Barnier. So, with this late appointment, the deadline for submitting a finance bill to the National Assembly was postponed, from October 1 to 9. But time is running out: everything must be completed by December 31 at midnight. And given the tensions between parliamentary groups, it risks being complicated.
Michel Barnier understands this well, so he has already given some ideas for replenishing the coffers. A text should be presented in two weeks. But can this be enough? The answer in this episode of La Loupe.
